Advanced Table Tennis Techniques Class - You may have played ping-pong, but have you played the sport of Table tennis? Table tennis is an Olympic sport, and the most popular racket sport on the planet. Table Tennis is also a fun, low impact sport that can be enjoyed year round by those of all ages, sizes and fitness levels.

Come to Alameda TTC and learn the modern spin game that you see in the Olympics. You will learn to lob, smash, loop, chop and spin the ball by USATT certified coaches. Learn the correct strokes to take your game to the next level.

Classes are Sunday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

Alameda Table Tennis Club Adult table tennis foundations class is for beginner to intermediate adults with a USATT rating of 0 - 1000. The emphasis is on learning the correct strokes for the modern spin game, so that you will have a good foundation to build your game on. Unless you have a USATT rating of over 1000 or a coaches approval, this class is a prerequisite for our adult tournament training. Classes are Sunday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.

Are you an adult that wants to take his/her game to the next level? Then Alameda Table Tennis Club Adult Tournament Training is for you. Unless you have a USATT rating of over 1000 or a coaches approval, the table tennis foundations class is a prerequisite for our adult tournament training. Entry into all levels of adult tournament training requires a coaches evaluation and approval.

Alameda Table Tennis Club Advanced Beginner Adult Tournament Training is for Adults with a USATT rating of 500 - 1000. (other levels may be accepted with coaches permission) Classes are Mondays or Wednesday from 6:15 - 8:15 pm, and Sunday from 5:15 - 6:45 pm.

Alameda Table Tennis Club Intermediate Adult Tournament Training is for Adults with a USATT rating of 1000 - 1500. (other levels may be accepted with coaches permission) Classes are Mondays or Wednesday from 6:15 - 8:15 pm, and Sunday from 5:15 - 6:45 pm.

Alameda Table Tennis Club Advanced Adult Tournament Training is for Adults with a USATT rating of 1500 - 2000. (other levels may be accepted with coaches permission) Classes are Tuesday or Thursday from 6:15 - 8:15 pm, and Sunday from 5:15 - 6:45 pm.

Adult Tournament training runs on an ongoing basis and fees are paid monthly.
